She became a certified Fitness and 500hr. Certified Yoga Instructor as a natural progression in her journey towards learning about fitness and well-being and has brought that to Journey-Well to share with her human and animal students.

The aspects of fitness that yoga provides are often more condusive to fitness for riders and handlers than a singular strength training plan – as yoga develops the perfect balance between ease and effort.

Personal Training

Our fitness motto: Fit horse/fit rider (or handler).

We believe in developing both members of the team. We offer customized fitness plans and private/group yoga classes as ongoing opportunities for all levels.

Our focus is in utilizing free weights and the person’s own body weight as resistance to enable the utilization of core stability. This allows for engagement of the stabilizer muscles in addition to the main muscle groups.

Beth, a certified Fitness Instructor, offers customized fitness plans for all ages and levels. Here at Journey-Well, we believe fitness is a lifetime dedication and want to empower you with tools you can use long term.
